Bell-to-Bell: Ban the Phones

In Texas, we’re seeing a record breaking amount of books being checked out from local libraries after a school-wide phone ban.  And, luckily for Tennesseeans, a similar bill is on the docket for our school system too.  In Kansas, they’re wishing they had never allowed phones in at all.
